Harpers Ferry

Here are some pictures of our trip to Harpers Ferry. We had a great time and once again enjoyed the beauty of creation. The weather was amazing although it rained while we ate dinner but slowed down when we finished.

Arkansas and Tennessee

Here are a few pictures of our cross country trip! We had a great time and Samuel got to see several states. The first pictures are from a place we stayed in Tennessee called Whitestone. You should look it up on the internet. It is a super nice place and so beautiful. The people that own it are Christians and gave us a complimentary stay. Quite amazing. The food was wonderful and we ate on closed porch overlooking beautiful landscapes. Our room even had a whirlpool tub in the living room. We cracked up when we saw it but it really was an amazing room.

Sammie with Maggie

My mom got a new dog just before we came home and Samuel just loves her. She is a little minature dotson. He also likes to put her food in her water which is not so nice. So far Maggie and Sammie have gotten along really well.

Easter Sunday!

The first two pictures are of Samuel and his buddy Samuel. They are quite the pair. The other Samuel's sister calls them First Samuel and Second Samuel. These are the only two pictures I got of Samuel before he spilled juice on his outfit.

The second set of pictures are of Samuel and his buddies that came to visit for Easter. We all went to a nice hotel in town and swam after Easter services. Post swimming I took these pictures of them kissing eachother through the glass of the outdoor shower. The kids had a lot of fun and were quite entertaining as usual.

It has been really hot for a while now so an Easter swim may be a new tradition.

Our Little Man

We went to a hotel in town for a few days to relax and swim. Sammie came out of the bath and wanted a towel like daddy's so he used a handtowel to wrap up with. I thought it was too cute!

Samuel and His Cowboy Boots!

Samuel just had to wear his boots to play outside today! He is so funny. When he goes outside to ride his bike he goes to the neighbors gates and knocks. They come and take him inside and try to feed him chocolate and biscuits. I wonder why he doesn't want his dinner? When we got home today he had a blister on each little toe but he didn't even know it, thank goodness. He is quite the tough little man.
